The Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) continues to grow every year and 2022 will be no different. That’s right, we’re shaking things up for the 13th annual JNUC on September 27 - 29, 2022 by bringing you our first-ever hybrid conference! Choose to join us in person in sunny San Diego, CA or virtually from your computer - either way, you won’t want to miss out on the world’s largest gathering of Apple admins.

JNUC Overview & Registration:

JNUC is the largest gathering of Apple Enthusiasts in the world. Since 2007, the Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) has brought together the brightest minds in the Apple ecosystem to exchange their ideas and best practices around managing and securing their devices.
While a lot of content at JNUC is presented by Jamf customers and partners with a focus on their success using Jamf and Apple, any Apple Enthusiast can benefit from JNUC. Innovative problem-solving, common workflows, third-party tools and helpful resources are highlighted throughout the conference. Even if you're just curious to see what Jamf is all about, there's no better way to check us out than attending JNUC!
The Virtual JNUC experience will be October 19 - October 21, 2021.
There will be no cost to attend the online keynote and sessions. Anyone and everyone is invited to register for the virtual experience.

No, the JNUC registration uses its own set of credentials. You will need to create a new account for Virtual JNUC 2021. It is not directly tied to past JNUC events or your Jamf Nation account.

Session & Agenda:

Virtual JNUC 2021 includes more than 120 sessions, a must-see Keynote, plus numerous networking opportunities and other activities found in our JNUC Junction. For specific agenda details, check out the Agenda page where you can also see our session tracks of curated session content specific for industries and interests for all.
The session catalog provides a listing of all sessions available at Virtual JNUC 2021. You can filter by experience level, product, track, type and topics to find the sessions that interest you most. After you are registered, you can start building your own personalized JNUC agenda.
Yes! All sessions and the Keynote will be available on-demand about 30 minutes after airing and available on the virtual platform through the end of November 2021.
Sessions range from Level 100 - Level 400. To help select sessions that are appropriate for your skill level, JNUC technical levels are defined as follows:
  • Level 100 Introductory: Sessions are focused on providing an overview of services and products, with the assumption attendees are new to the topic.
  • Level 200 Intermediate: Sessions are focused on providing best practices with the assumption that attendees have an introductory knowledge of the topic.
  • Level 300 Advanced: Sessions dive deeper into the selected topic. Speaker(s) assume the attendees have familiarity with the topic, but may or may not have direct experience implementing a similar solution.
  • Level 400 Expert: Sessions are for attendees who are deeply familiar with the topic, have implemented a solution of their own already and are comfortable with how the topic being discussed works across multiple services, architectures, etc.
Session tracks are a new way to find session content that fits your interest or industry. Within each of our nine tracks are sessions complete with product demos, technical deep-dives and more. To learn more about each track, visit our Agenda & Session Tracks page.
Click on a session card from the session catalog or directly from your “My Agenda” page. Once you are on the session page, click the “Play” button on the banner image to start the session. If the session has not started yet, there will be a countdown timer showing you when the session will start.
From your “My Agenda”:
  • You must be registered to schedule sessions and start building your schedule. Once signed in, click the “Agenda” tab from the top navigation menu and select the dropdown page, “My Agenda”.
  • Find a time slot you wish to schedule a session and click the “+” to see all available sessions during that time.
  • You can also check the box “Show Favorites” to see all the sessions you’ve favorited.
From the “Session Catalog”:
  • From the “Agenda” top navigation menu, select the dropdown page, “Session Catalog”. Here you can browse and search by keywords or apply the various filters to find sessions that interest you.
  • Click “Add to Schedule” to add a session to your personal JNUC schedule and have it appear on your “My Agenda” page.
  • Click the heart icon to favorite a session. Filter by “My Favorites” to show only those sessions you’ve favorited.
No, you are not required to schedule sessions, however, by signing up in advance you can schedule your sessions and plan your JNUC journey.
No, sessions do not have capacity limits.
You will not receive any direct links to access sessions. All content will be available in the session catalog or accessible through the session title found in your “My Agenda”.
All session times automatically reflect your device and/or browser’s time zone. If the time zone in the session catalog does not appear correctly for you, check your settings to ensure your time zone is set to the one you will be in when joining our virtual event.
Yes, sessions from JNUC 2020 are available on our website along with other video resources in our content library.


JNUC Junction:

The JNUC Junction provides dedicated time to connect with our sponsors and other Jamfs at the expos, play our badge game, network with Braindate, talk with your peers in Jamf Chat, snap a photo in our photo booth, take part in a Join-up, shop the store and so much more!
While attending Virtual JNUC 2021, you will be able to earn virtual badges for different activities you engage in throughout the conference. Each badge is associated with a different point value. The first 20 people to earn the most points by October 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM CDT will be able to select one of the following organizations, chosen by the Jamf Nation Global Foundation, to receive a $500 donation from Jamf:

Networking at JNUC:

Maybe we can’t be with each other in person, but we can still come together as people. Thanks to things like face-to-face braindates, Jamf Chat and Join-ups, you’ll be able to connect with, learn from and have a little fun with other attendees. Join one or all three to further enhance your JNUC experience!
Just because JNUC is virtual again this year, doesn’t mean we have to miss out on those “hallway” chats and networking opportunities. Virtual braindates are knowledge-sharing conversations that you book with other JNUC attendees. They can be one-on-one or in small groups. They’re the best way to connect with, learn from and have terrific conversations with new people—all virtually.
Step 1: Log in to the Virtual JNUC 2021 Braindate platform to begin booking your braindates. In this first step, you'll enter your email, create a password and have the option to set up your profile.
Step 2: Browse the Topic Market for braindates you would like to join. To join a braindate, simply click the "Join Group" button.
BONUS: Don't see a topic of interest? Schedule your own! Just click the "+" icon to add a new topic.
Post a discussion topic about something you’re interested in to the Topic Market. Participants who want to join your topic can then send you an invitation to meet. Explore topics that interest you with the search, sort and filter functions, then send invitations for one-on-one Braindates or join group Braindates.
Just before it starts, a pop-up banner will appear on the Braindate platform with a link to your topic, where you can join the virtual Braindate. If you opt-in for notifications in your Profile Preferences, we’ll send you an email or SMS reminder with a link to join. You can also sync your braindates to your own calendar.
Formerly known as Mini Events, Join-ups are virtual “gatherings” that offer JNUC attendees the opportunity to connect while participating in a fun activity! Head over to our Join-up page to check out the activities offered and join all the fun!
New this year, we are creating dedicated space for attendees to chat and network with other attendees in multiple languages in our virtual chatrooms. There’ll be a total of five chatrooms in these languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.

Yes! All sessions will have the option to turn on/off English subtitles. For our JNUC Keynote, we will have subtitles available in English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
The majority of sessions will be delivered in English with optional English subtitles. The Keynote will have subtitles available in English, French, Japanese, German and Spanish and will also provide ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation.
While you can use a smartphone or iPad to join the experience, it’s recommended to use a laptop or desktop computer.
The virtual platform supports the latest, non-beta versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge. Please note that the platform has limited support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
