This session shares Texas A&M University's ambitious 9-month journey to fundamentally change Apple device management and unify over 7,500 Apple devices across multiple campuses statewide. This included the consolidation of 17 disparate Jamf Pro servers into a new unified Jamf Pro ecosystem with Jamf Connect and integration with Jamf Protect.
Participants will learn how our Apple @ Texas A&M Early Adoption Program was developed and leveraged to support our device unification efforts, and how custom migration workflows, a comprehensive communication strategy and partnerships created success.
