When computers stop reporting back to your Jamf Pro server, it used to require hands-on experience. You not only had to monitor what Macs weren't "phoning home" but also had to physically find them and perhaps even ask the end user to remediate this or meet with them to help resolve it. Then, once you had it under management, updating it to the company baseline was another task.

In this session, we'll learn how to automate this using the Jamf Pro API to bring computers back under management and Jamf App Installers to ensure they're kept up to date.
