In this session, I tell the story of how I went from a L2 Mac tech to a Mac Admin overnight. Hear the ups and downs and what I needed to learn to succeed as a Jamf admin in today's "work from anywhere" environment. I also add some back story of how I got volunteered (told) to learn Mac and set up a Mac server in a high school I worked at. Until then, I had never touched a Mac in my IT career. That was 10 years ago and I have never looked back.
